Michael Posner
Michael Posner is a founding partner of Posner & Rosen LLP. Mr. Posner is a trial lawyer who represents unions and employees. Mr. Posner represents clients in trials, arbitrations, mediations and other forms of dispute resolution.
Mr. Posner is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is a member of the Council of the American Bar Association, Labor & Employment Section, the Section's governing body. From 1994 to 1997, he was the Union Co-Chair of the Committee on the Development of Labor Law Under the National Labor Relations Act and one of the Editors in Chief of the Developing Labor Law supplements. He was the initial Union Co-Chair of the Committee on Ethics and Professionalism.

Mr. Posner is a member of the California State Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, the Los Angeles County Bar Association Committee on Labor Law and its Executive Committee, and the Los Angeles Advisory Council of the American Arbitration Association. He is a frequent speaker at American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Arbitration Association and ALI-ABA programs. Mr. Posner has also been named by his colleagues as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" and selected as a California "Super Lawyer."

From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Posner was the Co-Chair of the Entertainment Industry Labor Law Conference of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Labor Law Committee.

Mr. Posner obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law in 1968. From 1970 to 1975, he was an Associate Professor at Glendale College of Law.

Howard Z. Rosen
Howard Z. Rosen is a founding partner of Posner & Rosen LLP. Mr. Rosen is a trial lawyer who represents unions and employees in litigation, including wage and hour class actions, arbitrations, mediations and other forms of dispute resolution.
Mr. Rosen received his Juris Doctor in 1972 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was elected to the Thurston Society. In 1972, he served as a research attorney to Robert S. Thompson, Associate Justice of the California Court of Appeal. Mr. Rosen graduated from the University of California, where he completed the honors program in economics with distinction.

Mr. Rosen is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He is the Publications Co-Chair of the American Bar Association, the Labor and Employment Law Section. Mr. Rosen is a former Union Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section Committee on the Development of the Law Under the National Labor Relations Act. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Mr. Rosen serves as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Program. He has published various articles on issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act and lectures before the American Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association, and Los Angeles Trade Technical College. Mr. Rosen has been named by his colleagues as one of "Best Lawyers in America" and selected as a California "Super Lawyer".

Mr. Rosen was an assistant professor of Economics at California State University Los Angeles. For several years, he was also a member of the Planning Committee of the Medal of Valor program for federal law enforcement officers.

Jason C. Marsili
Jason C. Marsili obtained his Juris Doctor and his Masters of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2004. While at Pepperdine University, Mr. Marsili served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Pepperdine Law Review and competed as a member of Pepperdine's nationally renowned trial advocacy program.

He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Order of Barristers, a national honor society recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy.

Mr. Marsili earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis.
